There is an issue of "Free Speach", that's true.
HOWEVER:
Although there is a Bill Of Rights, laws are applied; FULLY!
Drugs are prescribed.
Some drugs are illigal.
You must be over a ceratin age to smoke.
You cannot smoke in certain places.
You must be over a certain age to drink Achohol.
You cannot drink, and due certain activities.
Certain establishments are not permmitted in certain places.
How about creating a law to preserve the mind? And hence, the wholesomeness and decency of American Society at large.
Disallow minors (under 18, 21, 25!) from viewing in any form (media, entertaniment etc.,), enacted or reported violence, criminal, or iilligal activity.
Perhaps the beautiful and special aura of a youngsters mind, and the gentle and refined spirit will once again take root.

I would ammend the 2nd ammendment to reflect what the Founding Fathers intended, which is free gun ownership by law abiding citizens. That way the Clintons of the world cannot try to interpret the Constitution.
I would also ammend the 14th ammendment to clarify that BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP IS NOT WHAT THE 14TH AMMENDMENT IS ALL ABOUT!!
That would eliminate anchor babies from illegal aliens. The law is being misinterpreted by the Executive branch of the US government to allow illegal immigration to flourish.
The law should state that if at least 1 of the parents is NOT a US citizen or a Green Card holder, then the child is NOT a US citizen either.
I think that's still being left up to the parents. And parents are watch-dogged enough.
If a parent wants to be stupid enough to take her five-year-old to see a slasher movie, yes, that's, well...stupid. (Did I mention "stupid"?) But to make it illegal seems a little out there.

Try sneaking into their country and you better have more than a piiece of paper. You better have a family with a lot of money to pay off the bribes to get you out of jail and out of their country.
By the way, let's say you have worked all your life to build and establish your business. You are also a law abiding citizen so you follow the laws and hire legal citizens. Now Joe Blow Co. down the street is in the same kind of business as you, except he could care less about his fellow citizens, his country, or it's laws.
You bid on a job and Joe Blow Co. bids on the same job. Joe Blow hires illegal unskilled labor, pays no taxes, medical or unemployment insurance on his illegals and he also pays way less wages because they are illegal. He can bring in his bid way under your bid. Joe Blow Co. gets the job and good decent law-abiding you soon go out of business becaues you can no longer compete in the market.
