Interesting.

Make fun of the poster instead of trying to engage in discussion.

Seems to me he was making fun of the post.
I think it's ridiculous, too.

Hahahahahha... I've been away from CD too long... some good laughs reading the thoughts of the clinically mundane.

Pentagon orders soldier fired for challenging prez

The Department of Defense has compelled a private employer to fire a U.S. Army Reserve major from his civilian job after he had his military deployment orders revoked for arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office.

According to the CEO of Simtech Inc., a private company contracted by the Defense Security Services, an agency of the Department of Defense, the federal government has compelled the termination of Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook.

Cook's attorney, Orly Taitz, wrote in her blog that Simtech CEO Larry Grice said he would try to find another position within the company for Cook, but nothing is currently available.

The Department of Defense does contracting in the general field of information technology/systems integration, at which Cook, a senior systems engineer and architect, was employed until taking a military leave of absence on July 10 in preparation for his deployment to Afghanistan.
If he had simply asked for his orders to be revoked as was his right since he volunteered, he would not have lost his job. However, he chose, on advice of his attorney, to SUE the Army, which is what triggered his firing and the revoking of his security clearance.

The timing of all of this is so fishy - apparently he was a party to this impending suit before he volunteered, so basically he volunteered knowing he would not go. Sounds like fraud to me.

Cook worked for a military contractor. The military told the contractor that they don't want Cook on their bases any more. He jerked them around with his premeditation - volunteering only for the intent of filing suit - then blindsiding the Army with a last minute publicized appeal to a District Court instead of going through military channels with his concerns.

Next time, and there will be next time, Taitz has to find a regular force patsy who's been called up instead of a reservist who volunteered.

The anti war crowd should run with this and demand Obama prove his citizenship or pull all US troops out of Iraq and Afghanistan.
No, Orly Taitz was the worst person - clip here:

I'm not onboard the birther train, but it's been fascinating to watch how hard the media either ignores or spins the lack of a live birth certificate. But if more servicemen refuse to serve...what a mess!
WTF is a "live" birth certificate? Does it walk, talk, eat, shoot hoops? Everybody here in reality has seen Obama's real birth certificate. Funny thing is, I've seen Obama's but I've NEVER seen another Presidential candidate's.

Try the bastard for treason.

As a member of the military he can voice his opposition to a point, but he does not have the right to disobey a direct order.

Nor is he smart enough to recognize that he served under a president that was a traitor when he disobeyed a direct order to report for a flight physical when he was in the military.

For the birthers and Obama haters out there, answer this:

What would it do to the safety of our troops in harm's way as well as the security of this nation if a large number of soldiers turned their back on their highest commander?

Anyone who supports our troops protesting Obama's command is an absolute moron and is promoting something that would be VERY dangerous to the safety of our troops overseas as well as our nation's security.
