It's conforting to know that an Alumni of SNL can write Bills on par with those members of Congress who have long resumes. At least the job qualifications aren't high.

Clearly you did not read the link, or, if you did, do not understand the value of these dogs to our veterans.
What objections could you possibly have to a bill that provides more access to these invaluable animals and gives our vets some little bit of their lives back?
