The polls are really starting to turn, six months into the job and he's tracking lower than Carter.

Almost as low as Bush II six months into his Presidency.

He is going to be a huge failure.

The economy would have tanked no matter what. Lower poll ratings would have occurred no matter who was President. Because Americans are toddlers who expect their elected "Daddy" to come in and solve all their problems overnight.

Interesting how you first say "Because Americans are toddlers who expect their elected "Daddy" to come in and solve all their problems " then qualify it with "overnight".

During the call, a blogger from Maine said he kept running into an Investors Business Daily article that claimed Section 102 of the House health legislation would outlaw private insurance. He asked: “Is this true? Will people be able to keep their insurance and will insurers be able to write new policies even though H.R. 3200 is passed?” President Obama replied: “You know, I have to say that I am not familiar with the provision you are talking about.”

A guy with no experience and a silver tongue gets elected to be President, ****s up everything he touches, and his poll numbers drop. They still have a ways to go - once he completely screws up universal healthcare.

In the simplest of terms, Obama continues down the same child-with-a-credit card road that brought us to this sad point, only he does so at a faster pace.

I believe if someone, including Obama would have come in and spent the next year or so rebuilding our economy, focusing on jobs and matters overseas, things would be a lot different. Instead he came in with attitude, and not knowing a thing about how to run a country, just pass his political agenda, and here we are. The folks in Washington are running around going what the hell???? With the exception of the far far left, who wants change THEY can believe in, Obama's got his own party telling him to slow down.. He just can't seem to worry about the country, just his legacy. And so far, that will be an embarrassing read for the little ones in the future. That's my opinion anyway
