Once again, though I think it's barely worth my time to post this, but most of the ethics violation charges against the governor were indeed dismissed by the personnel board.
For those of you who keep bleating that this one will also be dismissed....read the report. The personnel board has already had their chance to dismiss it. They chose not to.
You gotta blame some of the more silly charges on this, I suppose...crying wolf and all. But this one is a bit more substantial.
