The only reason i find this story interesting is the lack of news coverage concerning a state wanting to split from the US. Since Obama has become president 37 states have proposed similar bills.

The 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution provides that "all powers not granted to the national government nor prohibited to the states are reserved to the states or the people."
The states are simply affirming their right to exercise all powers not granted to the federal government.

Don't you mean before "Quitting" her JOB. As for the Resolution, the answer was already given. And as for Palin, who cares, she is history politically speaking, now talk shows, books and of-course a reality show (maybe a little moose hunting from a chopper) You Betcha.

OLD issue. As I pointed out sometime ago, states have been passing these resolutions since before President Obama was elected. She's just trying to look good to the folks who think this means something before she crawls out of office, backwards, on her way to infamy and big bucks.
