I would like to see a small town liberal Sheriff try to put his hands on Bush. The secret service would blow his head off for touching the PResident.

How about the group that the Texas governor went to and supported there before the election? I guess that doesn't count either!
I agree. The OP obviously did not think about this, huh? And OP, you REALLY think that no states talked about leaving the union before Obama? Well, just look at Alaska.

Funny how conservatives had nothing to say about Palins little group wanting to leave.

A simple google search would help a lot of users on this forum. More and more garbage (like this thread) is cluttering this forum.

And as I always say "if there is something that conservatives hate, then that something is probably a good thing."

Goodbye Red States. Leave if you want!

How interesting that NO states talked of secession until Obama got in office..

Uhhhh, no. In Texas, if we're talking politics secession is included. It's a way of life.

It's because, with every passing day, people are gettng more idiotic. There is no more class, no more polish, no more diplomacy. Especially when it comes to the people we want power and publicity. The louder and more obnoxious someone can be, the more sound bites they get, and the more people line up behind them because thats what people like to do. Threaten, yell, scream and threaten some more. That's how it's done.

Let me paraphrase: That really says something when flag wrapping, unpatriotic neocon hypocrites don't get what they want and then want to leave the union like sniveling little brats. Guess they're only pro-america as long as the Republicans are in power. How sad...and dispicable.

You cannot be pro-secessionist and pro-american. It is not possible
