I agree with this 100%.

We don't have anything in the world to worry about for a military force all we really need is a few aircraft carriers, used only to protect our interests, and our nuclear submarines bristling with nuclear weapons so the Russians or Chinese don't think they can pound on us with impunity.

Everything esle in the world gets pulled. All military bases, all humanitarian aid etc gets pulled. The world hates us, wants us to go home and so we should.
