Owners, please be responsible with your pets. I was attacked by a German Shepard back when I was a paper boy [15 years old] and it took twenty five staples plus a unit of blood patch my knee up and ten months to heal. This dog made no sounds in this attack, which happened I was collecting. Dad sued the owners and got all the medical damages which was over $17,000 in 1969.

I love pitties. But I do NOT tolerate dogs running loose. Ever. Under any circumstances. When I walk my dog, I carry a weapon for just that purpose. If a loose dog runs at me and my leashed dog, he'll pay, and if it's a small dog like a hideous chiwawa, he'll possibly die. No exceptions.

They are not retarded, maybe the owners are but not them. I know many sweet Pits. I also know many other breeds who kill but for some reason we hardly ever hear about that.
