Sanrene, can you see what he is doing? He is sending OUR MONEY to areas that will help him in re election time and keeping money out of the hands of those who did not vote for him.
You are exactly right. Same with the money the unions get. All for one purpose - to retain power and get re-elected.

I'm sorry, what do Bush or Reagan have to do with what is happening now?
A.D.D. much?

The original concept of Acorn was a good thing, but, a few people at the top saw it as a cash cow for their own personal interests. As Acorn grew, so did the corruption, and a lot of the people who worked for them with good intentions have come forward to testify against their former bosses. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out, as Obama worked for Acorn at one time. It's sad that people use the misfortunes of others to line their own pockets or agenda. They tell me that's how the world works, but I still believe there is a lot of good people around. If everything that the committee says is true, I hope the crooks go to jail, and I wish the people that actually need this organization would be able to start over fresh, with new leadership, and keep their books open to all, including themselves, to know where the money goes. In fact, every organization who uses government money should have open books.
