Yes, the great "Uniter". After further stirring the pot, now wants to try to snuff out the fire. Isn't he something....

Wow..People are critisizing Obama for bringing the two people involved in the biggest issue in the nation together. Just amazing. First you didn't want him extending a hand to our allies or enemies, now you don't want him extending a hand to Americans..Just amazing. As I'll continue to say, dammed if you do, dammed if you don't.

Oh please. Had Bush done the same, people like you would be saying..."see, what a low life redneck alcoholic...he drinks BEER."

First he apologies to the world for history he had/has nothing to do with. Now he attempts to apologize to two men for history he had/has nothing to do with. "Hey, guys, come on over for a beer, let's talk about what happened, never mind what I said, I was talking out of my azz!" Nah, I wouldn't waste the time, personally, for a beer, nor this President. Wreaks of narcissism, and not on Gates nor Crawley.

Now if that post don't make your head spin around like in the exorist, I don't know what will!

BUT it's Ok because we are all filled with awsomeness, lots of it! Think of this intellectual powerhouse of a man that thinks after he has shown the world he is a racist and bigot he can wash it all away with a beer and some people are impressed by it.

....and why was it the biggest issue in the nation..? Because our socialist, racist prez open his big mouth, and without knowing any facts, immediately deciding the issue on race alone. ..as did the mayor and the governor. We don't need any facts, we have all we need, one party was white. That automatically makes him wrong....
Now that change we can depend on...! What leadership....

So I guess black men had nothing to do with American history. How ridiculous.

I am not sure that Obama is smarter than you. I heard Robert Gibbs say this morning that they were prepared for that question. Now the way The Man answered it was what the stupidity in this event really was. He should just have said he knew too little about the event to comment and gone on.

I heard Juan Williams, one of the biggest supporters of Obama, talking about how he had a great opportunity to push his main agenda item, healthcare reform, and he let it slip away with this opportunity to stir up racial feelings throughout the nation.

Hey, have you seen any pictures of the scene on the porch? There was a white cop, a hispanic one, and a black one and yet the FOP is supporting Crowley. Surely those non-white cops must have told the same story Crowley did or they just lied.

I think that Obama saw a good chance to stir up racial relations and jumped in with both feet thinking that he wouldn't be heavily involved in ensuing talk

If Obama were as smart as you are he would just plain apologize to all of us for what he said and it would all be over. He finds it very easy to apologize for some many Presidents before him throughout the world but can't find it in him to apologize for his own words that stirred the racial pot. Have you heard him apologize for anything he has said that turned out badly? I haven't but maybe you could point me to that one time. Inviting those two men to the White House for a beer is such a magnanimous action since neither of them would have probably ever got inside the White House. They don't need to apologize to anyone since they have done it in a round about way.

Those black men did not have a d*mn thing to do with American history from before they were born

I guess ignorance is bliss, or would that be denial.
