If you want to be against same-sex couples adopting kids, you should come up with some real reasons. Your argument is so narrow, it could apply to a lot of heterosexuals too - men who are sterile and women who are infertile or physically unable to bear children.

Couples that produce gay kids are always straight, aren't they?
Yes, they should. Every child deserves a loving family, whether it's "traditional" or not. Much better for a child to be in a loving family with two gay parents than to be in the foster care system and being passed from place to place with no stability and nobody to truly be their parents.

Raising children in not about what you choose to do in your bedroom. I have taught for 31 years and can tell you some of my nicest well disciplined kids have come from gay couples.

Gay couples should be allowed to adopt children. Is their love for children any less than a traditional couple?

Let's pretend to be honest here: the real implication of this thread isn't whether or not gay couples should adopt children. It's whether gay couples should be allowed to adopt children.

That's because he did not come, at that time, to "condemn the world" but to "save the world". Next time he comes, he will have the role of judge.

So you think, next time he arrives, that he will consider all behaviors "hunky dory"?

No, but I doubt he'd get his nose out of joint over homosexuality. Killing people, starting wars, stuff like that are probably bigger problems in his mind. Loving another person, having sex....not a problem.

^Agreed.

I think He will consider those who promote war to be guilty of the ultimate blasphemy.

I don't think He will judge anyone because of the traits they were born with such as gender, race, or sexual orientation, since they had nothing to do with controlling those things.

how many times did jesus talk about homosexuality?

how many times did jesus talk about greed?

i think you're focusing on the wrong sin. there's only 1 mention of homosexuality in the new testament and even that might be a mistranslation.

As opposed to a child being burned, left by the side of the road, being beaten....hmmmm, have those actions happen to children OR have a child live in a warm, loving, wanted and safe home and environment...hmmm, don't think that this is really a difficult decision to make....
