The vote was for a resolution to go to war as a last resort. Diplomacy until it was exhausted....Bush took that resolution and kicked the inspectors out.
Nobody else did that except BUSH.

At least have the decency and integrity to admit failure. It was your hero's war, he owns it and so do you. There is nothing more cowardly then trying to pass the buck with something like this.
