Who do you think hires people and drives the economy? Business and specifically small business. Many taxpayers in the higher brackets are small business owners. When you reduce their tax burden they can afford to hire people or invest in capital equipment. When you cut taxes on investments, you get that money back into the economy.
okay lets see...give tax cuts to the rich..why would they hire more people or invest if they are not selling since nobody else has money to spend

if you do what Obama did...cut taxes on the middle class and they will have more money to spend and spend it at the rich people owned small business which will lead to them hiring more people and investing...

No, that other person didn't miss the post to which you were responding. S/he made a valid point.

You seem to think that this economic mess Obama adopted should just disappear overnight, so anything less than immediate perfection you cite as a failure.

Yes, housing starts are WAY down. Everything's way down as the market corrects itself. But they have shown a significant uptick in the positive direction.

I know you hate to hear this, but that is a positive sign that we are recovering. We're moving in the right direction.

I guess that soon nobody wants to hear the word "change", it sounds like something discusting and lying!

tax cuts to the rich??? uhhh what u talkin about?
the "rich" or top 10% already pay 70% of the entire tax burden in the United States. The bottom 50% pay about 2% of the federal tax burden. http://www.ntu.org/main/page.php?PageID=6
bush tax cuts set to expire are effectively tax raises and plus BO is considering
limiting tax deductions for charitable giving and realestate taxes. How is that not going to put a downward pressure on housing prices. Scary.

1. Poor spelling undermines your credibility

2. Desire for instant gratification regarding a massive global economic collapse reveals your naivete about economic markets and how much influence one president of one nation can have.

Patience.

The dems tried to run livestock (a horse) against Bush, and that didn't work out so well.
