Most of the "free stuff' goes to the corporate supporters (owners) of both parties. I cannot blame Obama for failing to enact the necessary increases in the income taxes or the end of petroleum industry subsidies. The Republicans guaranteed that will never happen.

We are indeed a “welfare nation” but most of it goes to Corporate America not to the folks on Food Stamps.

What a joke of a party.
If Bush cheated then so did Obama, all with the help of ACORN.

BTW, if anyone honestly thinks that elections have always been honest and fair, then they are ignorant of politics in this country. There has always been election fraud and the Democrats have always been in the forefront of all of it.

But, you are right about the Republicans have nobody running, at least so far anyway, that is worth a whit. I will more than likely have to do another write in like I did the last Presidential election. We haven't had a true leader in so very long in this country.

Most conservatives, myself included, did not like the performance of Bush, as he was a liberal. I would not have voted for him if the dems put up someone better than Kerry or Gore. There was not much choice in that election.

Given the McCain/Palin ticket in the last election, many probably voted for Obama as they simply did not like the candidate the republicans put up, despite thier lack of enthusiasm for Obama.

Now that people have seen that Obama is an incompetent president, the independents will not support him this time. The left base and those who will find his class warfare platform appealing will still vote for him.

Hope you're not afraid of all those "college student pinheads" because they'll be running the country one day.
