Barry's war of choice takes its toll.

Quote:
The death in southern Afghanistan brought to 40 the number of U.S. troops killed in July, by far the heaviest monthly toll in the 8-year-old war. The worst previous month for U.S. forces was in September 2008, when 26 were killed.

Afghanistan is the war that we should have been fighting all along. IRAQ HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH 9/11 AND HAD NO WMDs.

No, not Obama's war. Bush's pile of dung that he never properly addressed and left for someone else to clean up, spoiled brat that he is. Don't suppose he is spending his free time still trying to smoke Osama bin Laden out, do you?

Very true. Though I support both wars on the grounds of liberating the citizens of those countries from tyranny, neither Iraq nor Afghanistan was a legitimate threat to the USA.

The terrorists simply went to Pakistan or Saudi Arabia (where most of them hailed from) as soon as the US went into Afghanistan.

I wonder when the media will start covering these deaths "above the fold", story after story - like they did when Bush was in office.
