What do you think? I read this comparison between the USSR and USA and I think it's pretty accurate, but favors the communist systems. It's not so objective, but the comparison is spot on.

How can any nation be prepared for an economic collapse? Seems like any politician who claimed a collapse was coming and preached preparation, would be ousted in a second and called an alarmist. Therefore, preparation is impossible.
