They bring up speeches by congressmen dating back to 1820, LOL, ignoring the fact that three presidents already (prior to Obama) had at least one parent who was not a US citizen, and that other fact that B. Jindal, the Repubs supposedly great hope for 2012, has two parents who were not citizens at the time of his birth.

He could start with a copy. They are sequentially numbered. Open the rolls. Verify the sequence. Pick a representative of the birther crowd to accompany a few others and end this thing. It is distracting.

It was noted to me that few of the Birthers even thought about the Apartheid Laws of Africa
the so called Kenyan birth cert shows that who ever created that crap was either not aware of that issue or possiblely thought JQPublic was to stupid to relize those things ..

For Pete' sake! He's posted it! It's been verifiied by the State of Hawaii! I'll turn the tables a little bit and say:

Would the birthers be so adamant if the president in question was a Republican? Wouldn't s/he just be able to show the BC and be done with it? Instead, we get all these accusations of photoshopping, a conspiracy in the Hawaiian govt, blah, blah, blah.

These are rhetorical questions, but still.

It has nothign to do with education, the hate they have for Obama makes them illogical and unreasonable. Its like how kids want so badly to believe in Santa Claus that they deny basic logic to keep the dream alive. Its the same with birthers.

You haven't answered the question as to why he should have to do this at all. There is absolutely no reason to believe that he wasn't born in the US, and every major activist in the birther movement has been shown to be a complete nutcase, your queen Orly Taitz being the craziest of them all.

And why isn't the birth certificate he showed enough? Why aren't the words of the Republican governor of Hawaii enough? Why isn't the actual announcement of his birth in Hawaii's newspaper enough?
Because nothing will ever be enough. Birthers know deep down that Obama really is a US citizen, thats why every shred of evidence that proves he is a citizen is said to be faked.

its not a distraction. everyone sees it as it is and people mock and ridicule the birthers. its comedy, comedic racism by whites on the right, not a distraction.
