If anybody read the lawsuit filed, they would learn that the plaintiff is not asking to prove that the Kenyan certificate is real, they are asking for proof that it is a forgery. Their hope was that Obama would provide a copy of his original certificate as prima facia evidence that the Kenyan certificate is false. They want to see his original birth certificate.
That about sums it up. In her mind, it is not proven.

Oh I'm sure that she knows perfectly well that it has been proven. In point of fact I don't think there was ever a question in her mind that President Obama is a citizen of the U.S. I think she saw it as just another money making scheme....a way that the desperate racist who simply can not live with having a president who is black could be parted from their money. She's crazy like a fox. She is just another Nigerian prince asking for their bank account number.

And its been proven multiple times that it is a forgery. Obama doesn't have his original birth certificate, and really it makes no difference as to which birth certificate is shown. Its legal proof, and Obama is legally and constitutionally our president. Get over it.

His COLB serves as prima facia evidence in a court of law and that is exactly what the state of Hawaii issues when somebody requests a copy of their birth certificate.

I think it has more to do with her thinking he is a Muslim rather than that he is black.
