You must believe everything coming out of CNN. How can the economy be on the mend when unemployment is still ticking up and the predictions are that it will continue to 13%. How is that a recovery? Alt-A loans in CA are going to explode this next quarter, so how is this a recovery? Just go to sleep in front of your T.V.

Beat me to it. What we are hearing now about "the worst is behind us" is that same garbage that was being said in 1930.

so how is this a recovery?
Because the WH is playing up the figures of -1% GDP growth (let's just ignore that the previous quarter was revised downward by 1%). We do realize they will be revising this as well?

What good are the initial numbers when they always need to be revised?

If you are on welfare, recently graduating from a liberal/shove it in your face college then I suppose you will argue in favor for this coming armegedeon. The health care program is not free, we will pay more for it to cover those who can't or won't pay, even illegals. We can barely do this for Americans and we want to add 11 million more people to an impacted system? Do the freaking math, even the government dolts are saying it wont' fly.

None of the bills are "putting illegals on" the roles for UHC. None. And the illegals already get healthcare via the ER where they show up hurt or sick. We need this program and it was the centerpiece of the Democratic campaign and the Democrats won on this issue more than any other except the overall economy.

Anyone who thinks the economy is recovering is either lost or falls for every scam Obama tosses at them.

The economy is continuing a downward trend.

Obama has the records for bankruptcies, foreclosures, unemployment, car repos and it is going to get a lot worse before it ever gets better.

Just think, the biggest mistake in American history was the election of the village idiot and pair him up with the demwits controlled congress has been and will be a total blessing to those of us who knew what they would do.

Tax and spend libs are an economic disaster, people finally are waking up to see what libs do, tax you to death and spend it on waste.

This economy is actually a blessing to those people who are not liberal and cannot stand the way things are being ran by the dems.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot, dem WH and controlled congress and look what they have done to us.

Keep up the good work dems, you are showing us exactly what you are all about.
