I understand your point. But, your members of Congress do not agree with you.

LOL>. .Like it is now??? Come on GD.. look at the numbers of how much the uninsured cost this country every year..

ANd.. about what they cost the INSURED in passed on cost..

You can't squeeze blood from a stone..

if a person doesn't have the funds to cover said bill they don't have it.

When they declare bankruptcy.. that bill goes unpaid.. or atleast only a small portion paid and then guess what.. the rest pay the bill.. either the government or those insured .. heck those individuals that pay out of pocket . .in passed on cost.

Quote:
  • he United States spends nearly $100 billion per year to provide uninsured residents with health services, often for preventable diseases or diseases that physicians could treat more efficiently with earlier diagnosis.14
  • Hospitals provide about $34 billion worth of uncompensated care a year.14
  • Another $37 billion is paid by private and public payers for health services for the uninsured and $26 billion is paid out-of-pocket by those who lack coverage.14

Ha. Tax funded "free" clinics?

No. You know the way things works. Unless you are mentally deficient, which I really don't believe, you are fully aware you are talking in circles and saying nothing.

I don't know what to tell you .

The legislation will not require that everyone has health insurance.

Don't blame me - blame your Congressman

No..but it will impose a fine for those that do not.

Heck.. i can not carry car insurance if I don't want too..however I will have to pay a fine to the state for every day I have a registered vehicle that is uninsured. yes.. the fines are much steeper in that case.. but my point still stands.

Insure yourself or pay a fine.

But again.. you are talking in circles. In one sentence you say that the government is trying to remove your "freedom" and then in another saying that they are NOT making mandates..

So which one is it?

Wow.. you really are a lawyer..LOL

Ah - you don't have to have car insurance TM. You need to show financial responsibility. Not insurance.

Don't require health insurance

Do not assess a fine.
