The point is that they do not have to answer to anyone but the President. They do not have to wait to be appointed. This way the President can get actions done right away and not have to linger in Congress or some committee.

Call me naive but if Obama has a Secretary for everything in his cabinet why does he need another 32 that go around the Secretaries.

taking over a free country must be calculated and well planned.the czars are a very big part of that plan. hopefully this will fail as more Americans wake up and see what this prez is really trying to do. socialism has never worked.
