Today I had to have a test done and went to the place that my primary doc told me to go to. I arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, to fill out the paperwork. I was given a clipboard with three documents. One related to the visit- are you pregnant, etc; another a satisfaction survey and the third a petition addressed to congress against health care reform. I completed the first and returned it to the desk. After the procedure, I saw a basket of granola bars and grabbed one as I left. There was a label on it that had an American flag and said "support America, keep your healthcare options!" and then the name of their company.

Funny thing is, I have a high deductible, the only option to me with my employer. So I will foot the bill for the entire procedure. Glad that I got a free granola bar out of it.
