umm.... government cut back on funding? wow, I do not think I have ever seen our government do that. I know they like to raise taxes, and put more burden on the forgotten middle class in this country. But CUT something out of government?

clinton managed to balance the budget...
all I'm saying is.. placing the burden of healthcare upon small business and employers when the cost of it doubles every 8-10 years is not sustainable either...
It's about priorities... and healthcare should be in the top 3
You do realize that 45 percent of your total compensation by your employer is healthcare insurance..? as that rises.. the only thing to offset it is your wage to decline or remain stagnant in the face of inflation.. which is still a decline...
so.. to all the people against healthcare reform, and UHC... I want to know what your beef is??? is it the word "socialist"??? that's got you all up in arms??? fact is, many of the people at these crazy town hall meetings protesting are on medicare themselves.. which is a fantastic program.. and guess what... it's socialized healthcare!!
you people don't make any sense...
you don't have a leg to stand on about care, and service and quality.... the "facts" you all like to rant are lies... I've lived overseas and experienced UHC... it works, it's fantastic.. offers much better choices for doctors than what I personally have through my employer's "network of doctors"
The only other issue is cost for you all...
and funny how 6 years ago.. you weren't protesting the war in iraq and the nearly trillion dollar pricetag...
but now with healthcare reform... you squawk like a chicken with it's head cut off...
cmon now.. how do you expect anyone that's not drinking your koolaide to take you seriously???
