Here we go again. So??? Suppose your well timed post succeeds in convincing one more schlub on the fence about this. What? We aren't doing anything about Global Warming so... what??? The open question for me is regardless of what we 'think' will it bring back any of the grapevines that are dead because of elevated temperatures, will it bring back any of the coral that is dead because of elevated temperatures, will it bring back any of the Artic and Antartic ice that has melted because of elevated temperatures. You can argue that humans are not responsible for elevated temperatures but to try and argue that temperatures aren't higher... that's where you lose me.

I have been researching this. There is alot of credibility behind this theory of global warming scam...from well respected sources as well.

Blah, blah, blah.

Global warming skeptics have been around for a long time. Nothing new here. They're just as bought today as they were yesterday. No "well respected source" questions the reality of climate change. Period.

The point is to not make economy hindering legislation on anything less than facts.

It get you the permission to emit a certain amount of carbon before you are taxed.

Global warming is happening and weather patterns are changing, a bit, no where nearly as much as those who want radical change are crowing about. It's worry some enough to do efficient methods of waste reductions (I hate careless waste anyways) and has a good secondary goal of taking away dependence on foreign supplies of energy.

Gore is a magnificent jerk, get everyone scared enough about something to line his pockets with money. It's not to protect anything.

Correction, no scientist or respected organization questions naturally occurring global warmng. The hoax of man caused is where we all question it.

Nothing you can do to change it, it is going to happen at the same rate regardless, just sit back and enjoy yhe natural processes of out planet

Anybody see a pattern here? Just as with the townhall meetings the liberal response is to demonize the opposition and to ascribe their objections to manipulation by some nefarious corporations.
