No, no . . . not the same. Now we have a "wise Latina woman" who can better decide issues cause of her life experiences.

Of course, I thought SCOTUS was made up of justices who were representing the Constitution, not a group of folks (or making judgments based on their own ethnicity).

Obama did promise "change!"
