Hillary's calling the shots so everything she does that people don't like, Obama takes the heat for it. In a way, she's in the best spot imaginable. She has her agenda and uses Obama's popularity( although its fading fast) to get it passed. If it fails, Obama loses stature and she can be that much closer to stepping in and taking over when the time comes.
