Instead of defending or attacking the Republicans or Democrats, start looking at a viable third party as this would be the only reasoned solution for the present corruption and inconsistency of both parties.

I thinking..... THINK LIBERTARIAN??

How does that compute.

1. You are wrong. We recognize the government has no incentive to provide service at a reasonable cost, as there is no profit motive. Consequently, it costs more, and is generally less efficient than the private sector with the exceptions noted below. Think Post Office and Fed Ex.

2. I'm shocked, even for you. Clearly you understand the will of the government and the resources it will devote to a specific issue to enforce political ideology versus those whose only issue is financial or otherwise unimportant to them. For example, the same government who is incapable of locating 12 million illegal aliens standing outside the Home Depots across the country is some how capable of locating and confiscating my fingernail clippers buried in my carry-on bag. Do you get it now? When the government wants to do something for political reasons, it magically has the resources and know-how. In the case of the living will analogy, even you have to understand which way Uncle Sam is leaning on that issue.

The real conundrum in my mind is how people clearly void of logic, reasoning, and critical thinking skills somehow think they are qualified to comment on complex issues. Shouldn't they be off smoking dope and making love?

Default When Did Obama become a Republican?

1. The economy won't recover until we pass health care reform.

2. The economy is recovering thanks to the stimulus package.

As an aside, it appears Obama has already called health care reform DOA. He has now turned his attention to health insurance reform.

As Jesse Ventura pointed out, politics is like professional wrestling - it's done mostly for entertainment. Unfortunately, its entertainment to distract us from... well, there's too much for me to get into. Let's call it oppression.
agreed! it distracts us from facts like these:

The Market Ticker

this is where our economy stands. this is the issue we should be discussing.

The Republicans sure don't think big government is bad when it comes to WARS and FARM SUBSIDIES for their states do they? What about that HUGE farm bill they passed last year to give the rich farmers BILLIONS of more dollars??? I didn't hear any Town Hall protest over that! What about a TRILLION dollars added to the deficit for IRAQ???? Where were all the rightous Republicans then???? Where????? They only gripe when the government tries to help the working people!

You are right - he didn't think.

It's very hard to lead from the sidelines.
