But according to the Health insurance bill in the House he will darned sure have health insurance after it goes into effect. That is what the bill says, isn't it? Get it or pay a fine of 2.5% of your income. I wonder if that is gross, adjusted gross or making one elegible for a refund.
I think he would have had a COBRA type thing through his employer.
And if he'd been in a union he wouldnt have been abruptly laid off either.
Sure it is. But they are doing it to help a fellow human being. If more of us actually took this road, we wouldn't be hearing everyone complain about helping people with our tax money...

If you ever got hurt, I would gladly throw in to help you out. Even if it was just a dollar. That's what we Americans do. We help each other.
You keep believing that.
I keep hearing way too many people say, "Get off your lazy ***** and get your own health insurance!! I don't believe in hand outs!!"
I don't mind helping people out but you need to be deserving of it. He is not one of those people.

Another uninformed Democrat. The man was not there protesting anything, he was selling items so his family could eat..!
I'm glad to see him suing the WH thugs the scared demos hired to hurt him, or anyone else that gets in their way...
Tricks right out of Chicago... Obama learned from the best.... If someone gets in your way, stomp on them... Then his followers will express how happy they are thay someone was injured.. Thug mentality....
I'm normally not the type to find happiness in another's misery but he deserves it!![/QUOTE]
It's disturbing to me how you find pleasure in another person's suffering. Beating someone, regardless of their color, political affiliation, employment or insurance status is just plain wrong. And the last time I checked, the First Ammendment was still a Constitutional right for EVERY American citizen. Your attitude just reinforces the mean-spirited and double-standard type tactics of the liberal left. If the guy had a job and was supportive of this particular health care bill and was beaten, then you would feel outrage? Friggin amazing.
How much will you be contributing to this man's medical bills?

Oh another stupid person thinking I'm a Democrat and that Obama has "thugs"!!
Turn OFF the Fox News!!
He would not have needed healthcare if Obama's union thugs hadn't beat him up.
Link to them being "OBAMA's union thugs"?!
