Hot Air » Blog Archive » Correcting misinformation about ObamaCare

Just for starters.

We need a website to debunk the WH's rhetoric.

The Mistress of Misinformation is going to expose misinformation?

I guess it takes a pro to catch a pro but in this case I find the likelihood highly suspect.

There are an awful lot of "may," "might," "could," and "possibly" in that alleged debunking.

I agree that the WH needs to come out with a sharp message, and less ambiguity, about health care reform. Details, that's what people want. Hopefully that will happen soon.

The healthcare bill is not even written yet, so how can 0bama assert what it will cost, or what it will and will not do?

I wish that the President would be straightforward instead of being deceitful but we have only what he says... the funny thing is that he is promising something he didn't even write... company lobbyists probably wrote most of it... ironic

All of these things have been pretty much been proven wrong weeks ago, and that they were propaganda by those who oppose it to force people to vote their way by lying.

The parts where it states the government is planning to fund programs to euthanize people are not real, it's been debunked more then a dozen times in the last week. There are no real numbers behind the cost estimates or explanations for their forecasting, just a cryptic statement on the link that says "We feel we have better data then the CBO"...where is the data? It states in here that 84 million people will loose their coverage instantly, and there is no reason why provided. Just an unknown study vaguely referenced that states the result, where are the numbers and the conclusions that make them think this way? The even better part is it states the scary government is going to take over health care and run it like Medicare/Medicaid...then at the end it states he wants to cut both of them...which is it?

If people want the truth provide the numbers, I checked their references provided in the article and all I can find is some vague statements from studies I cannot find. I already don't like the bill for my own reasons, but if they say they can quantify it and just state to trust them...it's like peeing on my leg to convince me it's raining. If you have numbers publish the study.
