Doesn't count. You have to use the highest of the 5 polls from realclearpolitics. If it happens to be Rasmussen, you'll find an interesting switch to preferring this polling method again.
This has less to do with radical socialism than the continuing economic slump, for which Mr. Obama is not responsible. If/when the economy recovers and employment figures rise, watch Mr. O become the apple of everyone's eye once again.
If you read far enough down in the article, it contains the fascinating phrase, "...the full sample of 1,500 likely voters."
One and a half thousand people--and this result is turned into a headline supposedly indicating how an entire nation of 260+ million thinks! Sorry; the poll isn't legitimate by any rational standard.

1,500 people is more than enough to gauge the populous. Statistics suggests that it only takes less than 500 to get within 5% margin of error for a population size of 260 million.
The recommended sample size for the US is 385 people for a 5% margin of error with 95% confidence level. With 1,500 people, the margin of error falls to 3% with 98% confidence.
Statistics and probability is a very interesting science. Try it sometime. Did you know it only takes 23 people to have a 50% chance for at least two to have the same birthday?

And yet there is another thread regarding a CNN Poll regarding Sarah Palin that sampled 1,136 people and everyone posting on that thread apparently must think a CNN poll regarding Palin is legit.
