What do you mean, one joint? Evidently you didn't read the article.

Reading is tough, so I'll spell it out. She was a DEALER found to be in possession of "many joints". Not that I agree with the sentence mind you. But keep in mind, we're not that much better in the states. Possession of any amount of weed is a FELONY in Arizona for example.
