Someone actually FINED her $50 for operating a lemonade stand... but at least the fined was revoke and the park officer would be "re-educated"... at least the commissioner has more intelligence...

She should have been selling it in front of her house like most kids.

I have to say, I don't feel too comfortable with a teen on the streets of NYC selling lemonade... with the park so close by and being more "scenic" I would of done the same thing if I was a kid.. and we are talking about a kid... they aren't thinking of peddling on the street... that is sort of "out-of-place" for a kid...
