Gee, I bet no one has thought to ask this question before.

Does Obama count yet?

I'd have to say Clinton. We had a good economy, balanced budget, no huge wars, and a smaller military.

All those things I liked. President Bush senior would be my second, followed by President Obama, then followed by the supreme courts pick coming in a distant fourth.

President Obama, in my opinion, would have to start world war three because a fly was in his soup to be worse than "W"

If Obama had followed the "Reagan model" (he wouldn't, but just for the sake of argument), this economy would be showing signs of a return to prosperity by now.

But, Obama has done all the wrong things in such an economy. The so-called "stimulus" wasn't, and nobody knows where the money went. The banks still are not loaning money. GM should have been allowed to file for bankruptcy in the first place, and they might have emerged a better company, stronger, and with a good future. Same goes for Chrysler.

"Cash for Clunkers" is a disatster. Much money being taken from others to pay for cars for people who already had a decent car, and decent cars being needlessly destroyed, when they might have been made available to people who really needed a car for not too much money! This is ridiculous! We are destroying useable (most of them "good") vehicles! What a waste!

My car, a 1994 Dodge Caravan with 338,000 miles on it, and running good, but becoming a "rust bucket" does not qualify, because I get 23.7 MPG (average, according to the cars computer, which tells me my overall mileage). This program is destroying cars with far less mileage, but perhaps not as good on the MPG. Does this make any sense at all?

Obama has been in office for, what, six monthts? Already he is an abject failure. Why? Because everything he does has been tried and failed before!

I've only been alive for the tail end of the Carter administration, and the Reagan, Bush I, Clinton, Bush II, and Obama administrations. Of those, I was only really grown up and politically plugged in any meaningful way for the GWB and Obama administrations, maybe the tail end of the Clinton administration, so I don't have many years of paying political attention under my belt.

Definitely not Reagan. The poor became poorer.....and homeless. But Reagan said there were no homeless.

Clinton for sure.

Is none of the above a valid answer? They had more problems then anything good come out... however, out of the four of them... I had to say the best thing to ever come out in the last two decades is that Clinton made the lifetime limit of welfare... I wonder what the deficit would of been without it... Of course Clinton also made one of the biggest blunders by NAFTA...
