BINGO, the IRS properly planned

Not sure whats more pathetic, the failure to properly plan the implementation of a one page online form, or the excuses I hear for the failure of such a simple program because its to complicated to get right.. haha Good morning, it seems today will be a humorous day...

when did i give an excuse. Considering I know how complicated something like this would be, they should have better planned or contracted a clearing house that is set up for this type of project. PG sometimes we say the same thing but a different way, you just need to learn how to accept opposing position. It was poorly planned of course as usual, but a web form would not have accomplished what needed to be done if thats what they did, then we really are in big trouble the next great idea they get. And this was a good idea but poorly planned.
