I'm reading that it's from $100 to $500 a pop. There's a lot of idiots out there so that will add up real fast. Why should I, or any tax payer that actually has a job, have to pay for these people? It's absurd; asking for another hand out.

Besides, what these people (in this thread) are asking is for every birth to have a mandatory test that will run $100 at a min. In the US, a baby is born every minute from what I've been reading.
