Buyer Beware: The Failure of Single-Payer Health Care

I already posted an article on this - actually from a newsreporter who had been to Canada to talk about referrals to U.S. from Canadian hospitals.
Its nothing the wingnuts make it sound. In Canadian patients from remote regions where they only have smaller clinics are sent to the closest major hospital for specific care - which in several regions happens to be in the U.S.
Has nothing to do with Canada being unable to provide the care or not having time for these patients. The patients that require care that are not available in tiny regions, naturally need to see a major hospital. In fact the government pays for patients to be brought to the U.S. to closest major hospital with the closest access to their town.
They're just being EFFICIENT. Its got nothing to do with failure to provide care.
