I cannot help but wonder if most of these vets are casualties if the illegal occupation/Iraq war. What a waste of life, limb and American taxpayer dollars. Thanks again dubya! Your legacy will haunt us for generations.

The author of the article worked for Bush on faith based initiatives and is obviously still a Bush enabler and supporter. More propaganda and BS.

Same old diatribe.
For the thousandth time, show us your proof of an illegal war.

US President George W. Bush on Wednesday signed the resolution passed by US Congress last week on authorizing the use of force against Iraq and called on the United Nations to face the global responsibility of confronting Saddam Hussein

So, I take it that you and Mr. Towey choose to make no end-of-life decisions for yourselves beforehand at all, leaving these matters to prey instead upon the minds and emotions of your next of kin when your time comes. As it will, you know. Have you no sense of Personal Responsibility® at all? Do you care so little for those around you that you will dump this responsibility onto them when they will be least able and willing to undertake it? What a MAN...
