Maybe you can get a job and let us know...Like most other government agencies, it appears they are hiring.

President Barack Obama and Democratic congressional leaders are crafting an appropriations bill that would boost the agency's funding next year by more than 11.4 percent — to $117 million — and it's already hiring new inspectors and other employees in anticipation of the funding infusion

Are we going to start seeing headlines like "Garage Sale raid nets 10 Barbie dolls and 2 GI Joes" ?
What are they going to do with the homeowner who held the sale ?

Gee, you find targetting defective toys and other products meant for children to be asinine?

I want to know that very reason too. What's up with that? This is a hidden subject that nobody is paying attention to...

side note: me and sicknyc don't get along, but I will be the better man here and say that he is absolutely correct.

That's right, people are incapable of making sure the toys they buy their kids at garage sales haven't been recalled. We need Big Government nanny to do that work for us.

You bet it is. How have we managed to conduct garage sales in every state, every city, every town, every corner of America for decades - and no one died!

This is just ridiculous, a waste of money and a perfect example of the democrat nanny state.
