If it were my cats I'd be in prison now and he would never harm another animal.... or perhaps innocent children down the road. I truly believe these are the same sadistic sociopaths who burn babies with cigarettes, break their arms and legs and beat their women into submission.
I would treat him like someone who tortured and killed children. The death penalty or life in prison.

Nothing ever happens to them. They're never punished. They just walk away and are free to repeat their crimes. Have you ever seen a case where the sadistic animal torturer-killer got actual time in prison? I haven't.

Or maybe she was a sick freak in her own right. I have no respect for women who allow their pets or their children to be abused because they "love" him.
One of my cats got out tonight. The guy that lives behind me never keeps his dogs inside and one of them kills cats. I got my gun and loaded it because I knew his dog was going to die if it killed my cat. A simple action and reaction.
If a person were to willingly to this to my cats, I hope someone gets my gun from me first and finds a way to strap me down, keep sharp objects away me etc.
We found the cat that got out, safe and sound.
