Yes, for one she brought a cat killer to come and live with her cats, she brought him into the picture, the cats sure didn't, and then she chose to ignore what was going on and continued to bring him more cats to mutilate. Maybe a sick way of holding onto him.
I think the whole story was just a coverup. The CIA is involved, and you just wait and see: those cats were linked to al Qaeda somehow. (Or possibly North Korea; the information at this point is a little, pardon the pun, fuzzy).
If he did it he will get off for it. They only send people like Michael Vick to prison for that.
I don't think so. I think he'll serve a jail sentence. But, like Michael Vick, it will be brief, and he'll be back on the street torturing animals in no time. That's what kills me about all the Vick supporters and their "he's paid his dues" rhetoric. They don't seem to "get" that someone who systematically tortures animals over a period of YEARS, and LAUGHS while doing it, is not someone who is "cured" by two years in jail. This is the behavior of a psychopath--completely lacking in empathy, filled with rage, and the need to dominate the helpless. Michael Vick will not stop torturing animals, any more than a pedophile will stop stalking children or a serial rapist will stop assaulting women. In fact, the probability of his escalating to violence against a human is actually quite high.
