It appears there was some question as to the qualifications of the "doctor" and of the staff. Hardly a case that could ever be considered mainstream or even minutely approaching the norm.

In fact, it raises the issue of access to safe abortions by qualified staff, and the dangers that can arise if those standards are not met.

So your "truth" is that men have no control, they aren't responsible for choosing to have sex, it's all the woman's responsibility?

I hope you're prepared for a life of abstinence.

Birth control fails. Sex is fun. Having to bear unwanted children isn't necessary in this day and age. Thank god.

Enjoy the convenience of infanticide while it lasts, because eventually society will come to its senses. For the first time more Americans are pro-life than "pro-choice".
More Americans “Pro-Life” Than “Pro-Choice” for First Time

1. Have there ever been any follow-up reports? Was the Dr or other care provider convicted?
2. Why was she having a late term abortion and how late term was it? Because I certainly don't agree anything past about 10-12 weeks should be allowed unless the mother's life is in danger.

Pro 'lifers' keep saying that a fetus is a human life, although they are unable to empirically verify their claim that a fetus is a human life. Laws are supposed to be based on facts and reason. The problem with the arguments of pro 'lifers' is that they are based on emotion and personal biases. While the ruling doesn't prohibit women from getting an abortion, it is based on emotional and personal biases rather than rational thinking.

Huh? What kind of sex, sorry, mating, have you been having?

I assure you my husband is an equal decider, and shares an equal portion of the burden. That was also true back when we were "fornicating."

In instances of rape however, certainly the man should take full responsibility for his coercive unlawfulness.
You said "With the females innate ability to allow reproduction to come to fruition " - but you could say the same for men! Without sperm, nothing can come to "fruition."

Okay, so in instances of rape, men should take full responsibility (and youre saying in consensual sex they don't have that responsibility,I assume)...
AND WHAT IS THE WOMAN SUPPOSED TO DO WHO HAS BEEN RAPED? IS abortion allowable? OR is she forced to bear the child of the a$$hole who raped her?

You're insane.

we don't live in the stone age. the difference between modern man and beasts is that we have brains and the ability to choose which actions we take.

What a ridiculous cop-out that post was. Give me a BREAK.
