You apparently have forgotten about Abu Garaib too. It is all part of a larger plan initiated by and supported by the President and VP. There are pictures of our use of torture. How soon some people forget. Or do you not consider electrodes to the testicles to be torture either?

Not unless they are hit with "juice" (i.e., electricity) and I don't believe we did that.

Besides, you have a few rogue military that committed some questionable acts - that in no way reflects a "policy" by the administration. Just as segments of society have bad apples, so does the military.

Cheney tried to make torture US policy. McCain fought him on it. Good lord the ignorance is astounding.
Not to mention Cheney ADMITTED to using torture on Meet the Press. source:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SfYov5o5_2s Cheney calls it "enhanced interrogation techniques". This would also be a good time to define the word torture:

Torture, according to the United Nations Convention Against Torture, is:
...any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from him, or a third person, information or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity.
Clearly the Bush adm TORTURED people.

Leave it to the liberals to try to tell ordinary American's what the "moral high ground" is. That of course, coming from those who could care less how many abortions are committed in this country annually. That of course coming from those who believe that man/man sex is "normal."

But yet you cry over water in the notstrils and alligator clips to the balls of terrorists bent on destroying America?

You guys are downright embarassing to the human race.

.

Leave it to the NeoConfused to have NO understanding of the difference between legal and illegal, not surprising from the 'family values' people who send an adulterer on a witch hunt for another

They were the most vile of adninistrations ever. If one is stupid or evil or possibly stupid and evil ,they perceive for Mr. Hyde as the hero. If one has any sense of moral decency, they are aware that Dr. Jekyl is the good guy. These Cheney supporters either have no moral compass or any knowledge of Cheney's "shadowy" history. Anyone that can look up to a warmongering war profiteer would deserve to meet the fate that victims of Bush and Cheney's warmongering have met. Even in today's society, we have devil worshippers, so I guess it comes at no surprise that there are freaks that would support a life form such as Dick Cheney.

Default abortions?

Last time I checked women have abortions by their OWN CHOICE. People being tortured by the US military have no choice. Lame analogy. Also your homophobia is so noted.

Default America a beacon

America is once again a beacon for basic human rights now that Bush and Company are gone and Obama has ended the disgrace of torture. Deal with it.
