Obama's Death Panel really needs to start in the Senate and move on to the Supreme Couurt. Soylent Green is about the only use I have for more than half of these old fools
The majority of the American people do NOT want this to pass so tell Byrd to forget it.
So now the dems want a sympathy vote on this bill?
Majority of us say NO to this bill passing yet the select few of you want it go on. Why?
You have NO idea what "the majority of the American people" want. Just because the neo cons say it doesn't make it true. I think that there are going to be a lot of people surprised when they lose an election because they voted against the health care reform that is necessary to save this country and the lives of most of its people. When elected reps choose to represent the lobbyist and not the people and when they choose to destroy their country in order to destroy a presidency then they are no longer fit to hold office and there are going to be a whole lot of people making sure they no longer do.

Please don't name that bill after Kennedy... That family has had enough failures in the last 30 years. They just said good bye to one of them, they don't need another one.
Of course Byrd does and we all know why. They (obama, pelosi, reid) are calculating that the nation will "sympathize" his death and just put aside their very valid arguments against obamacare. Not going to happen. They can name it whatever they want - it still won't change the fact it is bad, bad medicine.
I feel they need to do something with health care reform, because I am sick of the American pharmaceutical companies screwing the American public while in other countries the same medications are less expensive. Also, insurance companies' rates increase every year, while the benefits decrease, or the patient is responsible for more and more of the bill. I'm just not certain that this plan is the right one. And name it after Kennedy ?? Hell to the no.
Sen. Robert Byrd (D-W.Va.), the only senator to have served longer than the late
Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.), mourned his friend Wednesday, saying his "heart and soul weeps."
Byrd said he hoped healthcare reform legislation in the Senate would be renamed in memoriam of Kennedy.
Many don't give the man credit but Limbaugh's insight is brilliant. Rush back in March predicted UHC would be rebranded as the Ted Kennedy memorial health care bill.
March 6, '09. Limbaugh on health care legislation: "Before it's all over, it'll be called the Ted Kennedy memorial health care bill"
Teddy would be the first one to tell them to use his name or anything else they needed to use to pass the health care reform bill. He himself called health care reform the one great cause of his life.
