Sen. Robert Byrd (D-W.Va.), the only senator to have served longer than the late
Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.), mourned his friend Wednesday, saying his "heart and soul weeps."

Byrd said he hoped healthcare reform legislation in the Senate would be renamed in memoriam of Kennedy.

The Hill’s Blog Briefing Room » Byrd wants health bill renamed for Kennedy

this would certainly be a meaningful tribute...

The majority of the American people do NOT want this to pass so tell Byrd to forget it.

So now the dems want a sympathy vote on this bill?

Majority of us say NO to this bill passing yet the select few of you want it go on. Why?

I guess it would be appropriate to name this trainwreck of a socialist "healthcare" bill after Chappaquiddick Ted.....the libs want taxpayer funded abortion, and ol' Teddy was quite the champion of killing the unborn.

Yep... and now we stand a good chance of it happening, due to Obama being stubborn, the Dem's have majority rule right now, and now Teddy Kennedy is a hero because he's dead.

Byrd is WAY overdue. Maybe he'll do everyone a favor and croak so we can name the bill after him.
BTW, I liked Kennedy.

Many don't give the man credit but Limbaugh's insight is brilliant. Rush back in March predicted UHC would be rebranded as the Ted Kennedy memorial health care bill.

March 6, '09. Limbaugh on health care legislation: "Before it's all over, it'll be called the Ted Kennedy memorial health care bill"

G.Soros' Media Matters has more.
