sure it does, a religious school does not have to allow people who do not believe in their mission, sign pledge statement of belief and esp after the rules have been handed out. But I am not Catholic so i dont know what that school follows

They are on a mission to shove their lifestyle down everyone's throat. A church should have the right to their beliefs. Do you know that the gay clubs in the schools do not allow parents to attend their meetings with their children. GLSEN's Fistgate may explain why.

Considering they want homo ed in kindergarten, I would say they want to assure the propaganda is well set before they are mature enough to evaluate the consequences of these relationships. Get em' Young. Get em' dumb.
Well then home school the children so they can learn your propaganda. Don't teach them science, of course. Get em' young, get em' dumb, applies here too. Be sure to keep blinders on your children when outside in the real world. Just remember, some day the children will become adults and see the total picture. Hopefully they will realize, mom didn't know everything and mom's way is not the only way.

See there is the big difference. Children should be allowed to grow into young adults before they are filled with all the vile or cleansed information about every deviation or coupling that man can conjure up. Don’t you think it is better, in all things, to deal with information with a more mature mind?

Our children will be taught science, both evolution and creation. We will also teach them the risk, diseases and bodily damage that some unnatural relationships are at risk for. They will get the truth, with all the truth.

I'm a huge supporter of gay rights and think that it's a shame the girl in question wasn't allowed to bring her date of choice to the prom. However, it is a private religious-affiliated school. If you don't like Catholic rules, don't go to a Catholic school. I'd have a different opinion if this happened in a public school, however.

But iif they want the right to teach their own agenda let them pay taxes on school properties and income like any other privete school.

Citigirl - create a classroom in your attic and teach your kids at home -- then they can be just like Anne Frank.

Is gonorrhea of the mouth (or other orifices) one of those?

That's not called teaching, it's called being scared straight. A fear-based lesson plan. None of the risks, diseases and bodily damage are exclusive to gay people. I hope you'll include that in your "truth".

You are right Citigirl, it is a private school with their own rules and most of them do not have to allow this stuff. Thats why you have to be very active in your kids schooling--homeschooling, the oldest form of education is the most effective if you can do it, Private schooling is second but you MUST check out all the rules and values of the schools--i am not sure what Catholics believe in this day and age about values as many have become quite liberal. Public school your kids ONLY if you have no other choice(single parent with little money, cant afford other educational ways or if the school is in your community and supports the values of the community).

Read the chapter on Education in the Book, Crunchy Cons by Rod Dreher. He clearly points out the history of Public education in this country and their agenda to take over the minds and hearts of the public.

you cant be a passive parent in this country anymore, you cant be passive in anything anymore you have to stand firm and participate or Democracy means nothing. We have to work on defunding public education and or getting vouchers for the taxes paid.
