You can view the chart on the enormous damage he caused here. Its actually both senior and junior G W Bush who caused the worst damage to the U.S. economy of any president.

Bush just would not stop spending. When you're in debt already, naturally the dent will keep getting deeper until it stabilizes. It will take many years to stabilize. Obama is certainly not to blame. Actually the debt started growing faster and quicker when Bush signed the free trade treaty with China. The import and export of goods started to get too out of balance after that, since nearly everything started to be imported from China. I personally feel this was the root cause of our financial problems. Added to that, was the cost of the war, medicare and so on. And Bush just would not stop spending, spending, spending. Didn't matter what anyone tried to tell him.

Someone else is going to have to deal with the mess Obama is leaving. So Obama and his supporters need to suck it up

Obama walked in complaining and blaming everyone else lol yet you say it was a smile on his face of course he was smiling he just suckered half the country

lol Do you think democrats dont lie? Do you think Obama hasnt lied to you? Obama has used fear all the things you complain about republicans doing Obama and democrats are now also doing its called politics and untell we make them change its going to be the same
1. Why do I have the feeling that if McSame had won the election, there would be NOTHING negative coming from the right-wingers, even if McSame made things WORSE?

2. Waa all you wish, won't change the fact that the current Administration WAS handed a mess, and you righties and the GOP aren't helping to clean up that mess at all.

3. With some actual help from the right side of the aisle, Obama WONT leave a mess. The GOP is far too interested in their power, at the cost of this Nation, to do anything BUT blockade and not help.

4. Obama didn't "win", McCain LOST because of the mess Bush43 and the GOP left. And Obama hasn't lied us into a totally unneccessary and much too costly war, now has he.

5. And I see yet another cluless rightie. I didn't vote for Obama, sorry if that bursts your little black-and-white us-vs-them worldview bubble. But just as I gave Bush43 the benefit of a doubt tho I didn't vote for him either time, Obama also has the benefit of my doubt. Until and/or such time as he screws up majorly, if at all, he currently has my support, EVEN THO I DIDN'T VOTE FOR HIM, becasue I am a Patriotic American and I wish for MY NATION to do as well as possible, not my PARTY (I'm a registered Independant, BTW).

Aviod THAT.

Yeah, really sounds like Obama's pushing the blame on everyone else:

“It’s a job I gladly accept. I love these folks who helped get us in this mess and then suddenly say, ‘Oh, this is Obama’s economy.’ That’s fine. Give it to me. My job is to solve problems -- not to stand on the sidelines and carp and gripe. So I welcome the job. I want the responsibility.” - Barack Hussein Obama

Obama's accepted more responsibility - from failures of others in his own administration for which he had no control to AIG, GM, the banks, and the entire economy - than Bush accepted in his entire term.

That's what happens when you have an adult in charge.

It's too bad that you're tired of hearing that Obama inherited this mess; unfortubnately it's the truth. Otherwise that's a relatively mature POV you're displaying there. So I take it you're not going to b*tch and complain about Obama's means of putting out the fires that he didnt start. That's pretty nice -- one of you has taken a step toward adulthood.

More bright thinking from the idiot of the century:

YouTube - Interview with George W. Bush

* The interviewer derides the donkey: "Mr President I know how much you love deep psychological examinations of yourself..." But he doesn't get it! Lol!

Lol, the Republicans sat this election out for just this very reason, so the Ds could clean up their mess and they could safely sit on the sidelines and criticize like the cowards they are.

Obama will get most of it cleaned up into an ugly memory by 2012 (nice that you accept he'll be re-elected president in 2012, too ). Maybethere'll be another D pres elected then, but Im sure you all will do your best to come in and enjoy the fruits of someone else's labors, the way you did with little George W.

Funny how the Trons' only rebuttal is to post videos of verbal miscues of Bush, while being whipped like a choir-boy by a smooth-talking Chicago politician whose only goal is to bankrupt the nation and cower to international enemies. Glad to see you guys have your priorities in order.
