Never has there been a fall so far and so fast.

You may be right - certainly not in recent political memory.

This president is scrambling to regain his footing big time...

Gallup Daily: Obama Job Approval

I'll go with a credible 51%.

Even with the changes, Obama still has more supporters than dictrators. On another note, when his approval rating was breifly at 60%, all of you haters claimed approval ratings didn't mean anything. My how things "certain things" change.

Zogby: Obama Approval Plummets to 42 Percent (http://www.newsmax.com/insidecover/zogby_obama_poll/2009/08/31/254617.html - broken link)
"In the time between the two aforementioned polls, Zogby conducted a similar interactive survey from Aug. 18-20. That poll found 45% of all likely voters approving of Obama's job performance and 51% disapproving. So Obama is up very slightly overall from 10 days earlier."

Your summation does not mention that, nor does it mention that the biggest drop was among Liberals.

But at least Zogby has a margin of error- that's better than the Gallup one cited earlier.

Academic cite or statistical model that suggests Gallup is more credible than others?

But this poll has no listed margin of error.

I always wonder about "polls" like that.

You still haven't found it on the website?

Do you have any business commenting about the efficacy of ANY poll if you can't find simple, basic information like the Survey Method and MoE?

Yes, it does. But maybe you don't understand what the MoE is?

A citation includes a title for a journal article or other form of literature, not merely a date.

Depends on the poll. Gallup - 51% today - still below those who voted for him.

Zogby @ 42% - he has lost a LOT of those who voted for him, same with Rasmussen.

The people are waking up to what a liar, a fraud and a complete disaster he truly is.
