Every industrialized nation (first world) and many agri nations (third world) have some form of National Health. Many have single payer plans (UK and Canada) while others have a public-private plan. This is the only country that has no public plan.

Venezuela has have Univeral Health Care for decades.

Hugo Chavez has invested a .......... lot of money in it.

Regarding access to healthcare, the US is on par with Africa, a small portion of South America, most of Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
I think this is a big problem, e.g. so many people don't know how many countries DO have some form of UHC. Japan has often been held up as a role model for the US.
As far as the map goes, I'm pretty sure that India has government run hospitals that are free. So....now we're behind India as well.
