WALDORF, Md. — House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer told
0 cheering and jeering constituents Tuesday he still supports
a public health insurance option as part of a health care overhaul.

Previously he's said there's room for compromise.

Hoyer maintains support for public option

Its not surporising that the house majority kleader would stay on board wit the administrtion.How do you thnik the house plan that is the most opposed got where it is. The house is all about leadership control.Its the senate that really debates and has bascailly said the house plan is dead on arrival there.

I like Hoyer, wish he were House Majority Leader, a very reasonable person.

IMO, public option WILL be in the bill that gets passed this fall.
